Lavender Mule - A Fantastic Summer Party Drink

Lavender Mule

Ingredients:
- 6cl Marry Icetea HAÌDI vodka
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml Lavender Syrup
- 12 cl Gin1404 Ginger Ale / Ginger Beer

Decoration:
- Mallow blossom sugar
- lemon or lime juice
- lavender flowers

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a shaker and mix.
For the sugar rim, pour the lemon or lime juice onto a flat plate and sprinkle mallow sugar on a second plate. Then take a glass, dip the mouth of the glass in the lemon juice and then in the mallow blossom sugar on the second plate so that the whole edge is covered with sugar. Let dry, pour your drink, decorate with lavender flowers and your party drink is ready!

* Since the colour of lavender syrup often becomes weaker when it is mixed with other ingredients, you may add some blue & red food colouring if you want a stronger coloured drink.
