Description

Longing for some deliciously gooey and chocolaty brownies? Now you can whip up 16 of the most scrumptious, intensely chocolatey brownies in minutes with Dr. Oetker's brownie baking mix! They are quick and easy to prepare and popular with young and old alike. The pack also contains a baking container.

Method of preparation:

Set up the baking container. Preheat the oven to 160°C top/bottom heat or 140°C convection.
Transfer the baking mix into a bowl and add 2 eggs (size M), 100 ml water and 100 ml cooking oil (such as rapeseed oil).
Stir well into a smooth batter and pour it into the baking container.
Sprinkle with the grated chocolate in the packet and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for around 35 minutes.
Let the baked brownies cool in the baking container. Open up the sides and cut into 16 pieces.
