Fink's Delikatessen Apricot with Fruit Pieces

This apricot jam is one of the best in Austria! Delicious with bread and as a filling for cakes, pastries and more.

Serving Suggestion: Suitable for desserts such as pancakes.

Fink's Cooking Suggestion:
Pancakes
Mix 120 g of flour with 250 ml milk, 2 - 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt to form a runny batter. Let rest for approximately 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and spread a thin layer of batter on it. Cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping the pancake after about 30 seconds. Add some apricot jam, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.

73% apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin. Made from 73 g fruit per 100 g, total sugar content 38 g per 100 g
