Description

The Selchwürstel sausages by FRIERSS are an Easter speciality from Carinthia. They are traditionally cold smoked and made from the best Austrian pork. The smoked sausages with a strong spice blend from an old family recipe are a classic part of the traditional meal at Easter.

How to prepare:

  • Bring water to the boil in a pot, reduce heat, add the sausages to the water and let them steep for 20 minutes.
