Description
This glossy glaze gives fruit flans with strawberries, raspberries or mixed berries a beautiful finishing touch. The tried-and-tested recipe, based on the plant-based gelling agent carrageenan, creates a clear, transparent red finish with excellent cut resistance. The warm glaze flows easily over the fruit and helps protect the berries from drying out for longer. It can be prepared quickly and easily straight in the pan.
