The Organic Dried Vegetable for Soup Stock is used as a base for a soup recipes. The biggest advantage of dried organic vegetables is that they can be kept shelved for a long time when opened, and you can always use small amounts. The contents are sufficient for 4 litres of soup.
Please keep in mind that the organic vegetables swell up to their natural size when boiled.
