My Herbs Dandelion Blossom Syrup

Vegan honey! In its consistency and sweetness, this syrup is similar to honey, but it is made entirely from dandelion flowers. This is why this delicacy is also called dandelion honey. Lemon zest and bourbon vanilla additionally refine this composition - for a fruity taste with a smooth vanilla finish.

Dandelion syrup makes desserts even more scrumptious. Add it to your breakfast muesli, sweeten your tea with it or spread it on a slice of bread.

Please note: This syrup crystallizes over time, just like honey - but the texture quickly liquefies again when the jar is placed in a warm water bath.
