Nana mint smells very much like spearmint chewing gum and contains essential oils, that do not contain menthol but carvon.
Preparation:
For a wholesome tea, take a teaspoon of tea and pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over it. Cover and steep 3 to 5 minutes.
