Description
Recheis "Sternchen" are small star-shaped pasta and one of the most popular types of pasta added to soups in Austria - whether it is a clear broth or a creamy stew. Kids in particular love these tiny little shapes. The secret lies in the ingredients: the finest durum wheat semolina, the best eggs and fresh water from the Karwendel nature reserve - a true Austrian classic!
Tip: The pretty little stars are also perfect for a pasta salad - a great idea for a children's birthday party.
Note: Cook the pasta in a large pot with 1 litre of salted water per 100 grams of pasta. Cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
