The garlic chives have an intensely aromatic taste that is reminiscent of real garlic. In contrast to garlic though, garlic chives have a less intense smell.

Transplant the garlic chive seedlings in clusters and harvest in the first year when the leaves are about 15 cm high.

Warning: never cut off all leaves at once.
Sowing and harvesting are possible all year round in the house.
