ZIRP Insects Brownie Mix

If you like brownies then this ready to use brownie mix is perfect for you. The mixture contains all-natural ingredients such as wheat flour, beet sugar, cocoa powder, mealworm powder, sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla beans. This mix is enough to bake one pan of brownies.

You'll need:

• Vegetable oil
• Apple cider vinegar
• A measuring cup
• A 20cm springform pan
• Parchment paper

Preparation:

1. Make a dough by adding 240 ml water, 50 ml rapeseed oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar to the brownie mix.
2. Grease a springform pan (20 cm diameter) or line it with baking paper.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 175°C (convection).
4. Place the dough into the mould and bake for about 25-35 minutes.
5. Let cool before cutting and sprinkling with icing sugar.

Tip:

• For a special crunch, sprinkle nuts or whole ZIRP insects on the dough before baking.
