Description

Cherry smoking chips are small pieces of cherry wood that lend a wonderful smoky aroma when heated. Cherry wood smoke is characterised by a fruity and sweet taste that adds an extremely mild aroma to foods. Best for lamb, poultry and fish.

How to use:

  • Before using, soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Then drain excess water.
  • Place the chips on glowing charcoal.
  • This releases the aromatic smoke and the meat takes on a fine smoky taste.
