This semolina is made exclusively from the best Austrian common wheat. Semolina is an intermediate product of the wheat harvest. The wheat is sifted through both small and large sieves during the grinding process. The large pieces of grains that remain are called semolina.

The granular structure makes semolina ideal for making dumplings, porridge, dumplings or desserts.
