Senior / Light SALMON is a super-premium complete food for older dogs with normal activity levels and for dogs with lower activity levels of all breeds and sizes. Produced according to the new FRESH-MIX method without grains, the food is rich in fresh food-quality salmon, amaranth with a low glycemic index, locally available fruit & vegetables and selected herbs. Chondroitin & glucosamine from natural sources help to support healthy joints.

The Goodstuff SALMON Senior & Light Dry Food

I've bought this product in early September last year, as a food supplement for my old dear Tuca, a 12 y old common breed female dog, taken long ago from a foster near Bucharest. For our lady dog, all dry food was not accepted along the years. We've tried many times to switch her from home made dog food but all our efforts were in vain, don't know why. Motivated on how our young Border Collie (puppy, at that time), reacted at The Goodstuff dry food, we've started adding small amounts of the Senior formula to our old lady dog, in order to keep a much healthier and balanced food intake for her. The result was remarkable. From the first day, the small amount of dry food supplement was fully accepted, our old lady dog asking for more each time. We've kept, from start, a proportion of 1/5 between the dry food and the home made food, step by step the proportion have been switched to 5/1 in dry food favor. In this very moment her daily food intake is 100% dry food. That's a very good point for The Goodstuff Senoir & Light. Could be the high palatability of the product, or the smell, or both. The fact is, our old lady dog is happy and healthy and so are we, as her owners.
