Description

Untreated wood from the Styrian Vulkanland region is used to make these apple wood chips. Apple wood produces a thin smoke that lends a light, fruity flavour to grilled food. Particularly recommended for use with fish and seafood but also for poultry, pork and vegetables.

How to use: Soak the smoking chips in water for at least 30 minutes before use. Drain the water and spread the chips directly on hot charcoal. In a gas grill, place the chips in a smoker box on the grill grate.
