Description

Smoking foods with cherry wood chips lends a wonderfully fruity and mildly sweet flavour. During the smoking process, a dense, intensely aromatic smoke is formed. Cherry smoking wood can be used for a variety of foods and is particularly recommended for beef, pork, poultry, fish, seafood, game, lamb and vegetables. Those who enjoy experimenting can also use it for smoking fruit to be eaten as a dessert.

How to use: Soak the smoking chips in water for at least 30 minutes before use. Drain the water and spread the chips directly on hot charcoal. In a gas grill, place the chips in a smoker box on the grill grate.
