Description

Pear wood smoking chips lend a sweet, slightly woody aroma to grilled foods. Vulkanland Hulz is committed to the highest quality and their products are made from wood from their own forests in the Vulkanland region of Styria. The chips obtained from untreated wood are air-dried and carefully packed by hand. Pear wood smoke is particularly suitable for poultry and pork.

How to use: Soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before use. Drain the water and spread the chips directly on hot charcoal. In a gas grill, place the chips in a smoker box on the grill grate.
