Description

This Pinot Gris was allowed to mature for 6 months in a large wooden barrel and convinces with its fine caramel notes. On the palate, the wine is dry, full flavoured and full-bodied. With a harmonious body and a long aftertaste, this elegant wine can be enjoyed with lamb dishes, vegetables, hearty sauces, risotto, beef and pork.
