Weingut Polz Sauvignon Blanc SüdStmk. DAC 2021

This is exactly how a classic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria should taste. The region and wine have been classified as belonging to the Südsteiermark DAC since 2019.

The wine is made from grapes harvested from different vineyards. It is matured in steel tanks and is ready to drink right away. It has a subtle scent of gooseberries with a juicy, elegant texture of peach and green pepper. The crisp acidity is fun and represents the region perfectly. A fresh aftertaste, very dry and yet with a delicate touch of blossom honey.

A nice wine for summer and a great accompaniment to light starters and salads.
