Seeking a truly delicious chocolate surprise? This filled bar, encased in dark milk chocolate (50% cocoa), is wonderfully refreshing, combining sweet melt-in-the-mouth richness with invigorating fruit.
Inside, a genuinely vibrant grapefruit filling awaits. This striking pink ganache is crafted from grapefruit, white chocolate, and a squeeze of lime. Raspberry couverture is used to achieve the beautiful colour effect before the ganache is thinly coated with a fruity passion fruit couverture. The entire creation is encased in Zotter's popular 50% dark milk chocolate.
