Description
Two different layers make this chocolate a real Italian sensation: the first layer consists of almond nougat, mascarpone, white chocolate and real bourbon vanilla. The second layer consists of a strong coffee chocolate, dark chocolate, coffee couverture (from our own Zotter coffee roastery) and a strong dash of rum. A very thin layer of coffee couverture is spread on the top and bottom of the bar. The delicious creation is then dipped in fine milk chocolate.
