The "Spelt Whole-Grain Bread" is a pure spelt bread made from a mixture of spelt and wholemeal spelt flour. Potato flakes also add moisture to this mix.
The whole grain bread mixture is not only delicious but also contains flax seeds for good digestion and sunflower seeds for a delightful bit of crunchiness in every bite.
Pour the contents into a bowl and add 450 ml of warm water. Knead vigorously and shape into a large loaf or small rolls.
Place on a tray covered with baking paper and let rest for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C on top & bottom heat for 15-30 minutes (depending on the size of the bread).
