This baking mix by Berghofer Mühle is free of all preservatives or additional flavours. Bake your own bread in a very easy way!
- Pour the baking mix into a mixing bowl and knead 9g of dry yeast or 1/2 cube of fresh yeast (21g) into the dough with approx. 300 ml lukewarm water. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1/2 an hour. Brush the bread mould with oil. Briefly knead the dough again, cover it and let stand for 1/2 an hour, then bake.
- For traditional ovens, bake at 220°C (preheat), convection ovens bake at 200°C
- Bake on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes
- After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature by 20°
