Pomodori secchi are tasty sun-dried tomatoes that are an integral part of Mediterranean cuisine. DIE KÄSEMACHER cook the sun-dried tomatoes in Peppersweet brine before they are marinated in rapeseed oil. This gives them a particularly bold flavour. Thanks to the gentle heat treatment, the unopened Pomodori secchi tomatoes can be kept for up to a year without needing refrigeration.
