The acacia fibre powder by Dr Ehrenberg consists of the milk from the acacia tree from the African Sahel desert. The milk is tapped, dried, purified and processed into fibre powder. It contains more than 80% dietary fibre.

Recommended use:
- 2 times daily, mix 1 level tablespoon (6g) in a glass of water and stir. Drink preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
Recipe:
Organic Acacia Fiber Muffins
- 200g spelt flour
- 100g coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons organic acacia fibre powder
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 200ml milk or rice milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- a muffin tin
Preheat the oven to 160°. Combine the ingredients into a dough and fill the muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes, cool and enjoy!
