Pumpkin soup had mainly been offered in Styria only until now. Nowadays, even in the fields of Upper Austria, the pumpkin is indispensable. The pumpkin is first cooked and infused with a homemade vegetable broth. The soup develops its classic flavour through the addition of cream and selected spices.
Tip: Add two drops of seed oil to the soup and serve with croutons
