Description
The fine chocolate by Manner has a 40% cocoa content and is ideal for making cakes, glazes and other chocolaty delights. It is suitable for cooking as well as baking and is a great ingredient to have on hand in your pantry.
Tips on usage: To liquefy, slowly melt the chocolate in a bowl placed in a warm water bath. The water temperature should not be higher than 60°C.
