My Herbs Hemp Tea No.3 - Hops

A bedtime treat to be enjoyed after a long day! Tart-aromatic hops and citrus-fresh lemon balm form the base of this relaxing tea blend. The characteristic herbal scent of hemp, tart green blackberry leaves and sweet-sour apple pieces provide aromatic notes.

Tip: If you like it sweet and creamy, you can refine this tea with milk, honey, butter or coconut oil!

The manufacturer recommends 1-2 teaspoons per cup for preparation. Pour boiling water over it, cover and let stand for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Suitable for a second infusion.

Store cool and dry.
