Recommended use:
- Dissolve 56 g of the powder in 200 ml of water.
The SLIM Shake Plan:
Phase 1: The Detox Period
- For a max. of 3 days, drink a shake in the morning, afternoon and evenings.
Phase 2: Weight Loss
- For a max. of 4 weeks, drink a shake for breakfast and dinner and have one balanced meal at lunch.
Phase 3: Stabilising Phase
- For 8 weeks, eat a balanced meal in the morning and at lunch and have a shake for dinner.
