Description
Is it hard to squeeze in time for cooking meals as you juggle your job, studies, sports and other activities? You're not alone! The vegan Balanced Powder from SATURO® is a wholesome, protein- and fibre-rich liquid meal for mixing with drinking water.
The powder contains protein from peas and rice as well as numerous vitamins and minerals. The recipe is rounded out with high-quality oats and linseed. Plus: the complex carbohydrates in the formulation keep you feeling full for up to five hours.
One pack is sufficient for around 14 meals. One meal provides 400 kcal.
Preparation:
- Pour 500 ml of water, milk or plant-based drink into your shaker.
- Add 3 level measuring spoons of powder (approx. 33 g per measuring spoon).
- Close the shaker lid and shake well.
Tips: The practical shaker for mixing is available separately. On the go a lot? You can take the shaker filled with powder with you and prepare your drinkable meal fresh with water on the spot.
