Although this spice mix contains no salt, onions and garlic, it is still packed full of flavours and aromas! FREE Herb Dust by Stay Spiced! contains ten different dried herbs - including parsley, wild garlic and thyme - and is the ideal spice mix for aromatic marinades. Jalapeño chilli, ginger and asafoetida for a spicy tickle on the palate.
The advantage of a salt-free marinade is that it does not draw out any moisture from meat, thereby ensuring that the meat always stays juicy - whether you grill it over charcoal or gas or roast it in the pan or oven.
