Vulcano Truffle Fillet, 250 g

The finest cut of pork meat is refined with black truffle in this Truffle Fillet. Truffles add a very fine flavour to this lean cut of meat.

Serve thickly sliced with rustic crusty dark bread. Or serve Mediterranean-style - thinly sliced with slices of ciabatta or baguette toasted in olive oil. Also try with sharp tangy cheese such as parmesan, pecorino, mountain cheese or nutty Emmentaler as an accompaniment with the truffle filet.
