The Swiss are proud of their cheese- and rightly so! My favourite Swiss dish is Raclette. With the right seasonings, this dish tastes even more delicious! This recipe came to me from an alpine farmer who knew exactly where to harvest these herbs. I love the way the herbal notes harmonize with the cheese. Mmm!
