FRIERSS Bratwurst with 30% Peas (From the Region)

Frierss uses only lean pork from Austria, fresh peas, fine spices and meticulous craftsmanship to make their bratwurst with a 30% content of peas. Preparation:

• Fry the sausages for about 6 - 8 minutes over medium heat on the grill or in a pan (with a little fat or oil).
• To ensure that they brown evenly, turn the sausages regularly while frying.
