Description
These hearty "Hauswürstl" sausages are a must for any traditional cold cut platter. They are made according to a traditional recipe from the best pork and beef and are refined with a special seasoning mix. They are smoked over beech wood and matured for six weeks in crystal-clear Carinthian mountain air. This process gives them their distinctive character and their hearty, aromatic taste.
