Description
Only the best beef and pork are used to make this salami! Seasoned with a delicious combination of spices, the salami is made according to a family recipe that has been used for generations. The sausages are smoked over beech wood and are matured for 6 weeks in the fresh mountain air. The cross section of the meat has a beautiful, bold colour that plates wonderfully!
