The G'speilen Osterkrainer sausages by FRIERSS are, according to Carinthian tradition, carefully speared with a wooden skewer by hand. The sausages are gently smoked over beech wood so that they develop their particularly spicy, aromatic taste and are enjoyed both hot and cold.
