Description

Fine dark chocolate by Manner with a 70% cocoa content is perfect for use in cooking and baking. It is also delicious and aromatic enough to tempt you to pop a piece or two in your mouth! This speciality is slowly stirred for 24 hours at 80°C to obtain the perfect meltingly soft consistency. It also features the exquisite taste of dark chocolate still made according to the original recipe by Manner. A touch of real Bourbon vanilla adds the finishing touch.
