Description
The Isabella grape, a distinctive fruit grown in Styria, gives this red wine vinegar an intense taste thanks to its rich tannin content. It is aged in oak barrels for 5 years which mellows the acidity but intensifies and balances the aromas. Ideal for salad dressings or sauces to go with fish or poultry.
