Description
The Colourful Alpine Flower Mix not only adds a decorative touch but also fine notes of honey to sweet as well as savoury dishes. The natural and untreated flowers are sourced from a family business in South Tyrol where they are carefully cultivated, harvested and sorted by hand. The meticulous processing is evident from the preserved shapes as well as the vibrant colours of the flowers. A mix of 5 different colours from bright white to delicate shades of pink and deep purple creates a decorative garnish on the plate.
