Baccili Sugo Verdure Grigliate - Grilled Vegetable Sauce

On warm summer evenings in Italy, the air is filled with the scent of herbs and grilled vegetables. Zucchini, aubergines and other vegetables grilled over an open fire acquire an incomparably aromatic taste.
