Description
Organic Energy Balls with dates, freeze-dried strawberries and oats are a delicious and nutritious snack. Perfect for kindergarten, on the playground or when visiting friends and suitable for both nursing mothers and children. They are free from added colours and preservatives and are quick and easy to prepare.
Method of preparation:
- Place the baking mix in a suitable bowl.
- Pour 95 ml boiling water over it, stir briefly and let it rest for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Shape the into 2 cm balls and enjoy!
- The energy balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
