The handmade organic strawberry jam by DOSPA is made with fresh fruits according to a traditional recipe in the monastery of the Deutschordensschwestern (Order of the Teutonic Sisters) in Friesach, Carinthia. The monastery is over 800 years of old and this jam is not produced industrially but is made in small batches.
