Wudhupf s' Mandl is a light, tangy apple frizzante. The apple wine is carbonated and is ideal as a light appetizer. It has a comfortable mousse. Alc. 7.2% vol.

The word "Wudhupf" derives from the Old High German "wudhup", which was a type of bird. The face of the bird is on our bottle.
