Description
"Fleckerl" are a classic of Austrian cuisine: versatile little pasta squares. Perfect for traditional Austrian dishes such as "Krautfleckerl" (pasta squares with cabbage), hearty casseroles or as a side dish - make every dish more flavourful with very little extra effort. Fleckerl pasta are BPA-free and made from the finest Austrian durum wheat semolina and eggs.
Note : Bring 1 litre of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Take 1 litre water per 100 g of pasta. Cook for 6 minutes until al dente. If you choose to cook for longer, the pasta will still have a firm bite thanks to the eggs. Enjoy!
