Description
"Zöpfe", called Trecce in Italy, is a short braid-shaped pasta variety that is suitable for dishes such as casseroles, pasta salads, pan-fried pasta dishes and more. It is made with top-quality eggs from AMA-certified farms in Austria and fine durum wheat semolina.
The pasta retains a firm bite when cooked and holds sauces very well.
Preparation: Boil plenty of lightly salted water in a large pot. Add the desired amount of pasta and cook for 6 minutes for an al dente texture. Serve warm.
