Description

Wines from the Südsteiermark DAC, formerly known as Styrian Classic, are characterised by their fruitiness and aromas. This bottle is no different.

It was classically matured in steel tanks and made to be drunk in the first 3-4 years after the harvest. We find delicate aromas of ripe pineapple, some stone fruit and yellow fruits. It's very well balanced on the palate, with a delicate spiciness, well-supporting, regionally typical acidity and a pleasant length with a lot of finesse.
This is what a Chardonnay from southern Styria should taste like!

Wonderful with salads, creamy soups and rice dishes, but also a safe bet on its own at any party.
