Zotter Schokoladen Organic Firewood Brandy

No effort is spared in the production of this extraordinary bar of chocolate. Local woods such as larch and spruce are toasted barrique-style, caramelised in the oven and then soaked in sugar cane brandy. This intensifies the fine wood and vanilla notes.

Next the brandy is made into an exquisite ganache with milk chocolate, caramel couverture, stone pine schnapps and honey. The bar is then coated in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
