Description

The fine filling consists of a whisky ganache made from caramel couverture and Styrian whisky by Gölles brewed from regionally grown spelt and matured for years in an oak barrel.
Underneath is a layer of pecan nougat with white chocolate and crunchy pecan pieces caramelised in maple sugar.
A dark chocolate couverture with 70% cocoa adds the perfect finishing touch.
