Description

The handmade chocolate bar "Saffron & Pistachios" by Zotter is made into an extraordinary ganache with saffron, the most expensive spice in the world. It is placed on top of some pistachio marzipan and is then coated with a double layer of milk chocolate couverture with a cocoa content of 40%. An extraordinary pleasure with an exotic note!
